Bogie Washing Booth

AIR RAIL's specialized engineering team conceives, designs and builds different configurations of bogie wash cabins, depending on the washing needs, available space and customer requirements. All cabins are manufactured with tested watertightness, vapor extraction system, lighting, configurable number of doors, safety mechanisms and drainage ways. During cleaning, the bogies are subjected to pressurized water treatment. In the manual option, the operator has at his disposal a pressure washer or motor-pump unit compatible with any detergent on the market, whose pressure can be modulated according to cleaning needs. Thanks to our own manufacturing system, it is not necessary to use high temperature water, although our customers may require it. The pressure applied, through the combined action of the blade effect and the detergent, obtains optimal and long-lasting results. The water used, thanks to the recycling systems, can be recovered for later use. In the automatic option, an autonomous equipment is in charge of the process, with no other control by the operator than the closing of the doors and the start of the process.
