AIR RAIL designs and manufactures railway material washing systems, in mobile or pass-through configurations, adapted to the needs of each of our customers. The solutions developed by the engineering department are adapted to the cleaning requirements of each type of train (metros/trams, suburban, medium distance, high speed and locomotives), taking into account their specifications and particularities. Our tailor-made design allows the user to choose what to wash in each case (front, side, shoulders, roofs, backs and skirts), which program to apply, including high temperature washing, high pressure, underbody washing, etc., guaranteeing absolute adaptability. AIR RAIL's washing systems are fully automated, allow remote control in real time and are designed for simple operation, requiring only the driver. They are resistant to extreme temperatures and have the possibility of incorporating water recycling systems, allowing maximum savings and efficiency.
