AIR RAIL designs and manufactures WC extraction systems for automatic emptying. These systems allow the extraction of wastewater from the train's toilet storage tanks, its storage in an external tank and a new filling with clean water. The process is carried out by means of automatic vacuum generation in the external storage tank, which guarantees maximum speed and efficiency. The extraction equipment is fully configurable by the customer, who can choose between a fixed installation, a mobile solution or a stand-alone solution. In the fixed installation, the train is emptied by means of a network of pipes and extraction points communicated by the general control, which informs the operator of the actions to be performed. In the mobile equipment, a towable tank with wheels is manufactured to allow movement between the different unloading points. The autonomous equipment consists of a small tractor/electric truck on whose trailer the automatic emptying system is installed, so that it is easy to take the equipment to any point of the maintenance workshop to carry out the required works. Any of the modalities can be adapted to the outlets of the train. They can be equipped, at the customer's request, with odor filter and biocide.
