New developments in our project with ADIF Alta Velocidad

We moved forward in our project with ADIF Alta Velocidad with the delivery of the first two of six rocker beams. These elements facilitate the handling of pre-assembled switches, improving safety and operational efficiency. After passing the load tests, they are already installed at the Maintenance Base in Monforte del Cid (Alicante). At Air Rail, we continue to promote solutions that strengthen the reliability of high-speed rail.

At Air Rail we continue to take firm steps in our collaboration with ADIF Alta Velocidad, advancing in the development of solutions that optimize maintenance processes and boost the efficiency of the Spanish railway network.

Yesterday, we delivered the first two of a total of six rocker beams that have been entrusted to us. These elements, designed and manufactured with high standards of quality and precision, are essential components to facilitate the handling of the pre-assembled switches that ADIF carries out in its maintenance bases.

Thanks to their robust and functional design, the rocker beams make it possible to maneuver track assemblies with greater safety and stability, reducing operating times and minimizing risks during the assembly or replacement of turnouts. In this way, they contribute directly to improving operational efficiency and safety in the maintenance of high-speed infrastructure.

Prior to delivery, both elements were subjected to rigorous load tests, successfully passing them and confirming their structural reliability and suitability for the demanding conditions of the railway environment. After this process, the beams are now installed at ADIF's Maintenance Base in Monforte del Cid (Alicante), where they are fully operational.

This milestone represents a new step forward in a project that reinforces the mutual trust between ADIF Alta Velocidad and Air Rail, consolidating our role as a technological and engineering partner committed to the progress of the railway sector.

At Air Rail we continue to work to design and supply solutions that drive innovation, efficiency and safety in high-speed rail, bringing our knowledge and experience to the service of the Spanish railway infrastructure.

PRM: The importance of an essential service that continues to evolve

Mobility for People with Reduced Mobility (PRM) is an essential service at airports, although it often goes unnoticed. Nuria Placeres' recent reflection reminds us of its importance and invites us to recognize the work of all the teams that make it possible. At Air Rail, we are proud to contribute to the national manufacturing of Ambulifts and PRM equipment present throughout Spain, including our first 100% electric units incorporated in recent months.
