Growing from within: technical training for our team

During this month, Air Rail has developed two practical trainings in hydraulics and electricity for its technical team. The objective: to strengthen internal knowledge, improve customer service and offer faster and more efficient solutions in railway maintenance.

Technological innovation and customer service quality are two fundamental pillars of Air Rail's philosophy. But we know that both can only be sustained when we invest in human capital. For this reason, continuous training is a key strategic tool to keep us competitive, efficient and prepared for any operational challenge.

During this month, we have developed two specialized technical training programs in crucial areas such as hydraulics and electricity. These trainings were designed for our technical and operational team, with an eminently practical approach. The main objective: to enhance the ability to quickly diagnose and effectively resolve breakdowns, thus ensuring a more agile and professional service.

These training sessions not only reinforce skills, but also foster internal cohesion, collaborative learning and pride in belonging to a company that is committed to the development of its employees. They also represent a direct improvement in the quality of service we provide to our customers, who rely on our ability to resolve incidents quickly and accurately.

To train is to evolve. At Air Rail, it is clear to us: excellence is built from within, day by day, with well-trained, motivated and committed teams with the purpose of providing the best possible service.

Air Rail completes its NextGenerationEU-funded project promoting sustainable mobility at airports

Air Rail has completed project PATSYD-22-00017, developed within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan (PRTR) and funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU. Thanks to this initiative, the company has modernized its ground support equipment with new equipment designed to improve operational efficiency and advance the reduction of the environmental impact of airport operations.

PRM: The importance of an essential service that continues to evolve

Mobility for People with Reduced Mobility (PRM) is an essential service at airports, although it often goes unnoticed. Within the framework of Zoholics Spain 2025, Air Rail shared its digital transformation experience at the customer roundtable organized by Zoho Spain. Its CIO, César Viteri Ramírez, explained how the company has leveraged Zoho Creator's low-code technology to develop proprietary solutions that optimize the management of more than 5,000 airport and railway teams in eight countries.
