GSE: the big secret behind an airport on the move

At Air Rail we had the honor of visiting Mestral School to share with the little ones the exciting world of aviation. We taught them the fundamental role of the GSE (Ground Support Equipment), that key team that keeps airports running, even if it is not always visible. It was a meeting full of learning and curiosity, where they reminded us of the importance of inspiring new generations. The future of aviation is in good hands!

At Air Rail, we believe that sharing knowledge is key to building the future. That's why today we had the privilege of visiting the children of Mestral School, taking them to discover the secrets of the airport world and the fundamental role of Ground Support Equipment (GSE), that "secret team" that keeps every airport running, even if it is not always visible.

From the moment we arrived, the little explorers were immensely curious. We explained to them how an airport works on the inside and showed them the various pieces of equipment that ensure that each flight takes off and lands smoothly. They discovered how the ACU (Air Conditioning Unit) maintains the temperature of the planes before boarding, how a simple conveyor belt organizes and sends the luggage to the hold, and the importance of each machine in the daily operations.

The children's enthusiasm was contagious. Their questions, full of wit and wonder, reminded us how fascinating the world of aviation is when seen through the eyes of a child. For us, this visit was not only an opportunity to teach, but also to learn. Their curiosity and enthusiasm inspire us to continue to innovate and work with even more passion in what we do.

📍 At Air Rail we know that the future of aviation is in the hands of the new generations. And after this visit, we are confident that this future is in very good hands.

Thank you, Colegio Mestral, for allowing us to share our passion with you - see you on the runway!
