More maintenance, more spare parts and more efficiency: This is how we grow in after-sales service

In 2024, Air-Rail's after-sales service has reached record figures: 25,000 maintenance requests in 5 countries, 5,000 assets managed, 24% more stock and optimized logistics with new facilities. In addition, with more than 250 Yutong bus crystals ready for 24h delivery in Europe, we reaffirm our commitment to availability and efficiency. Find out how we continue to grow and what lies ahead in 2025.

After-sales service is a fundamental pillar at Air-Rail. It not only ensures the operability and safety of transportation systems, but also reinforces our mission to offer efficient and reliable solutions to our customers. In 2024, we have achieved record figures that reflect our commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

This year has been key in the evolution of our after-sales area, achieving significant growth in maintenance, spare parts management and logistics optimization. The result? More agility, more efficiency and greater responsiveness to our customers in five countries.

Figures that speak for themselves

Our team has worked with determination to ensure that every maintenance request, every spare part and every asset in our network is managed with the utmost precision. Here are some of the milestones we have achieved in 2024:

✅ 25,000 maintenance requests handled, representing 30% growth compared to 2023. And we are not stopping there: by 2025, we expect to exceed 30,000.

✅ More than 5,000 assets managed, covering both preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure their optimal operation.

✅ 25,000 movements of spare parts, ensuring that each component arrives in a timely manner to our customers and collaborators.

✅ 24% more stock, which has allowed us to manage more than 25,000 items and guarantee the availability of key materials at any given time.

✅ Expansion of our facilities, moving to new headquarters to improve our logistics capacity and optimize inventory management.

✅ Strategic stock and fast deliveries, such as the more than 250 Yutong bus windows we have available in Madrid, ready to be delivered anywhere in Europe in less than 24 hours.

Commitment to efficiency and innovation

Each of these achievements has been possible thanks to a highly committed team, meticulous planning and a strategy oriented to process optimization. At Air-Rail, we understand that after-sales is not just a service, but a commitment to the operational continuity of our customers.

Our network of warehouses, together with the expansion of our facilities, has enabled us to reduce response times and improve the availability of key parts. In addition, we continue to invest in technology and digitalization to make each process even more efficient and transparent.

From the receipt of a maintenance request to the delivery of an essential spare part, every step in our process is designed to minimize lead times and maximize customer satisfaction.

Looking ahead: what awaits us in 2025

If 2024 has been a year of expansion, in 2025 we are redoubling our efforts to continue to grow. Our goal is to exceed 30,000 maintenance requests, further optimize our supply chain and continue to innovate in spare parts management and logistics.

At Air-Rail, we not only respond to the needs of the industry, we anticipate them. Thanks to a passionate team and a clear strategy, we are ready to face new challenges and continue to offer an excellent after-sales service.

🚀 WE MAKE IT POSSIBLE.

Can you imagine what we will achieve in 2025?
